जय देवी खिचड़ीअन्नपूर्णा की!
जय जय जय त्रिभुवन देवी खिचड़ी अन्नपूर्णा की! अकाट्य महिमा इनकी,धरा-नभ-विस्तृत बहुत बड़ी। संतोषी सदाचरण रखतीं,कहने को हैं सीधी सादी, आग तपाआलू-बैंगन-भरता,चमकाआखें,हैंपरोसती ! घृत बघार,घृत-सुगन्ध, घृत -श्रृंगार का जादू लहराती! डोल जाते,सप्त ऋषी ,पाते इनकी महिमा लक्ष्मी सी! सखा सहेली इनकेअनगिनत ,कर न पाता कोई गिनती, अचार ,दही,तिलौरी ...अरे छोड़ न देना टमाटर चटनी! गर्मी में सजता हरा पुदीना,जाड़े मेंधनिया पिसे सिलबट्टी ! कच्ची पिसी दाल मिलायें,संग गोभी-प्याज-मिरचा हरा! गर्म सुर्ख कुरकुरे नन्हे पकोड़े , स्वाद सागर अपार दें बढ़ा ! खिचड़ी रानी स्वप्न-नृत्यांगना, ओढ़े चुनरी पीली हरी नगीने जड़ी! इनकी छवि, सोये मन को भरमाती, बढाती पेट की बेचैनी बड़ी!ऐसे भोग का क्या कहना ! लेलो अगर “जबान-कोड़े” की चटकार! सजी थाल की रौनक होती दुगनी,जब पड़ती पापड़ की टंकार! खिचड़ी महारानी का हिंडोला,रसोइये की है कला-कृति मनोरम! एक थाल मे कुनबा जब खाता,”प्रभू प्रसाद” बनता यह अनुपम! शमा सिन्हा11-1-2022
